Jacob married to Emily who is a dental student at Pitt University. Bill’s daughter Rachel graduated from Beaver High School in 2008 and is currently working at Panera Bread.Bill was born, raised and has lived in the Pittsburgh area all of his life. He is the youngest son of William V. and Ruth S. Halle, having two older brothers and one older sister. Bill grew up in a very unique environment as the son of entrepreneurial and very creative parents. His mother enjoyed a career as a graphic artist and art director in advertising, promotions, public relations, broadcasting, and ran her own business called Hallegraphics. His father worked in most of the creative and production areas of radio and television broadcasting, as a writer, producer, director, and in advertising, promotion and public relations. His father ran his own company called Telethon Productions that raised over 48 million dollars for six different charitable organizations in 48 different television markets of twenty-four states.

Bill enjoyed a very broad spectrum of employment experiences. He worked as the Plant Manager of a small family owned ice company called Northway Ice Co., as the Warehouse Manager of Parks Moving and Storage who is an agent of the international transportation company United Van Lines, as a Cost Accountant, Inventory Control and Purchasing Director for an international hotel company Hilton International, and as an accounting specialist for Bracker Corporation which is a division of the international company Fine Tool. Like his parents, Bill also has a true entrepreneurial spirit. He started his own company in 1985 called Halle & Associates. He utilized his licensing in insurance, securities and mortgage origination to develop custom financial and estate plans for individuals, families and small businesses. Halle and Associates was the prelude to Family Financial Services Incorporated that currently operates as a program affiliate of a 501C3 nonprofit organization Bill founded in 1993 called Grace Youth and Family Foundation, providing debt counseling and specialized financial and estate planning.

Bill began working in ministry with youth in 1983 through a church based community outreach program called AWANA, while his wife Deborah managed the church nursery. In 1989 they were asked to serve as lay Pastors of their church's youth ministry and served there for approximately five years. It was during that period that Bill developed a heart and burden for the youth and families in and around his community. It was Bill's inability to find real help that addressed the myriad of problems that the youth and families were facing that caused him to found a 501C3 nonprofit organization in 1993 called Grace Youth and Family Foundation. He currently serves Grace Youth and Family Foundation as Chairman of The Board and CEO, in addition to serving as President of Family Financial Services Incorporated. Over the years Bill has also served the youth and families of his community as an officer and coach of the Freedom Area Lil' Bulldogs Football Booster Club, as President, Vice President and Chairman of the Freedom Area Middle School and High School PTSA, as Chairman of the Parent Involvement Group, as a committee member of the Freedom Area Community Task Force, as a member of the Freedom New Sewickley Ministerium, and as a lay youth pastor of Bible Baptist Church and Grace Community Church. Bill currently serves local communities as a member of the Family Support Committee with Habitat for Humanity of Beaver County, as an Executive Committee member and Treasure for the Butler Collaborative for Families, as the Co-Chair of the Butler County Substance Abuse Community Task Force and has served on the Butler County Commissioners Council for Drug and Alcohol Programs.

Bill states his life's purpose as simply living his life in the pursuit of excellence in hope of having an eternal affect on his family and the lives of all those around him.
